Bidding, Preview, Payment: Bidding will open December 5th and begin closing at 6PM, December 12th. LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close". A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 2 minutes, then 2 minutes will be added to the time for that item. Preview will be December 12th 1-5PM. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids. All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment.
Pickup Schedule/Format: No shipping offered. Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email and/or text from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time. Please pay attention to this. Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time. If you are the winner of multiple lots & / or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day. Pickup will be 10AM - 5PM December 13 and 14th. Any other pickup/shipping must have arrangements made with the auctioneer prior to the close of the auction or will incur charges. In case of inclement weather and road conditions, pickup times may change.
Pickup Notes: Lot numbers greater than 210 and patio furniture are outside and in the back sheds. Winning bidders may need to travel through snow in December. There are no stairs at this location. Bring your own boxes and help to load heavy furniture.
New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end of the auction.
