Some heavy appliances are in the basement. See each item for information. Winning bidders must bring your own help to get items out of the basement and load into your vehicle/trailer.

Preview, Payment & Pickup:

Preview Day: TBD. This online auction begins to close at 6PM October 21th.  LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 2 minutes, then 2 minutes will be added to the time for that item. There is a 10% Buyers Premium capped at $1000/item added to all winning bids. Credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional charges. Pickup for items must be 9AM - 6PM on Tuesday October 22. Any pickup times outside of this must be arranged prior to the close of the auction. There will not be any help to load appliances or heavy items. 

New bidders are encouraged to register at least one day prior to the end or the auction.
