Simon Witt has decided to liquidate the contents of two storage units with the results of many home cleanouts. A few months ago he was diagnosed with cancer, and has decided to liquidate these items. Many of the items are in good condition. 

This auction covers a diverse range of categories, making it a one-stop shop for anyone interested in acquiring unique, pre-owned items across home, hobby, and workshop applications. This auction features a wide variety of vintage, antique, and used household items, furniture, collectibles, tools, outdoor equipment, and more. Bidding will begin on April 11th, at 9:00 AM, and items will begin closing on Thursday, April 18th, at 6:00 PM. LEARN HOW TO BID HERE Items will not all close at once - they will close via a "Soft Close".  A Soft Close means that if a bid is placed on any item within the last 60 seconds, 60 seconds will be added to the time for that item.  There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all winning bids.  All credit cards will be charged following the auction with no additional fees for credit card payment.  Pickup will be 9 AM - 5 PM Friday 19th and 9AM - 5PM on Saturday April 20th. All items are at the old Miller Motors building, 1345 West Main Street, Valley City, ND

Preview Time Extended: There will be a preview time 10AM-5PM April 18th or by appointment. 

Shortly after the auction ends, all winning bidders will be sent an email from Shipping Saint requesting them to choose a pick-up date & time.  Please pay attention to this.  Selecting a time allows you to pick up your items less chaotically, and prevents everyone from showing up at the same time.  If you are the winner of multiple lots & / or larger lots, be mindful to schedule your pick-up time early in the day.  

SHIPPING will NOT be available for this auction without prior arrangement with Ben.  Delivery is possible to Harvey, Carrington, New Rockford for smaller, manageable lots for $5/lot.  Furniture, toolboxes, and large lots, etc., are considered non-manageable lots.
