Gail Gross Online Auction

This auction features 400+ lots of household, home and kitchen items from the Eugene and Gail Gross Farm 1133 34th Ave NE, Chaseley, ND 58423.  A select few items were brought from the Gary Widicker farm, Heaton, ND.  There are many tools, significant shop items, parts and lawn and garden items. The auction will be open for bidding from November 1 - November 9. Auction will begin closing at 7PM central time Thursday November 9th. This will be a soft close auction. If a bid is placed in the final 60 seconds, another 60 seconds will be added. There is a 6% buyers premium added to final bids. A schedule for pickup will be sent out to all winning bidders following the close of the auction. Winning Bidders: please sign up for a specific time right away. Pickup times will be Friday and Saturday November 10 and 11, 1PM- 5PM. No pickup will be allowed outside of these times.

PLEASE NOTE: Items on this auction are spread out amongst at least 10 buildings. It will be your responsibility to gather your items up.  Maps will be provided, and we can point you in the right direction.  If you are the winner of many items, do not schedule a pick up time late in the day. 

Payment will be due via Credit Card only on Thursday November 9 following the auction.

There will be some help to loadout items as well as a loader tractor, but buyers should bring as much muscle as needed particularly for items in the house, furniture, tire machine, etc. No shipping will be offered without arrangement prior to the close of the auction.
